Work was done beautifully. I had old carpeting removed from my spare bedroom/craft room and a wood floor installed. I love it. Scheduling was a little fluid but I understand complications can arise. They'll be doing another room for me next month.

Tom and the install team were all incredibly professional throughout the process! They responded right away to all of our calls and questions. The cost was reasonable compared to other contractors we reached out to. They were also very considerate with our infant daughter around the install site (pausing using a saw with her around without us having to ask!). And most importantly, the install looks flawless! I'd go back to them for another job in the future.

If you're like us, you've noticed that the quality of everything seems to be slipping these days, in both products and services. It was great to find a company that does everything correctly, the way it used to be. I have used Floorscapes for installation of LPV in my kitchen, hallway, foyer, and then at a later date my living room. Jim and Tom are wonderful to work with and great people to have in your home. They very much enjoy what they do and their work is perfection. I highly recommend them (and have to many neighbors and friends).

Floorscapes just such a wonderful job with the entire process from Jim and Kayla coming out to my house to assess the project, to the final install. Kayla and Jim were so helpful with choosing floors. I was trying to match existing hardwood stain with a LVP and Kayla went above and beyond for me. We had countless phone calls, text messages and tons of samples sent to my house. She was always responsive when I had a question or had a new idea. When it came to the install Tom and the crew were WONDERFUL! They were very professional and knowledgable on the whole process. They included me in many decision making aspects of the project to ensure I would be happy with the work. They were very attentive to all the small details along the way. I couldn't be happier with the service and work Floorscapes provided and I can't wait to hire them again to replace more floors in my house!
