These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of floorscapesneo.com (the "Site"), operated by Floorscapes Inc. ("Floorscapes," "we," "us," or "our"), 576 Highland Rd. E, Unit C, Macedonia, Ohio 44056. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes related to learning about and requesting our flooring products and services. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates any law or regulation
Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Accuracy of Site Content

The Site is provided for general information. Product descriptions, photos, colors, brands, availability, and blog articles are for reference only. Actual flooring colors, grain, and textures may vary from what you see on screen and from showroom samples. We may change or remove content, products, or services at any time without notice, and we are not responsible for typographical errors or outdated information.

Estimates, Quotes, and Projects

Submitting a form, calling, or scheduling a free estimate does not create a contract. Any prices or ranges discussed online or by phone are approximate until we inspect the site and provide a written estimate.

Written estimates are based on the conditions and measurements known at the time and are valid for the period stated on the estimate.
Hidden conditions, such as subfloor damage, moisture, mold, asbestos, or uneven surfaces found during removal or prep, may require additional work and cost. We will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
Separate agreements govern your project. Payment terms, deposits, scheduling, cancellations, warranties, and the scope of work are set out in your written estimate, proposal, contract, or invoice. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control.
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Any workmanship warranty from Floorscapes is described in your project documents.
Showroom visits are by appointment only.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photos of our completed projects, graphics, logos, and blog posts, is owned by Floorscapes or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Site content without our written permission. Manufacturer names and logos, such as those of the brands in our showroom, belong to their respective owners.

Information You Submit

When you send us project details, photos, reviews, or feedback, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use photos of the completed work at your project for portfolio and marketing purposes, without identifying your address or personal details, unless you ask us not to.

Communications

By submitting a form on the Site and giving consent, you agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from Floorscapes about your project, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing team@floorscapesneo.com.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services, such as manufacturer sites, Google Maps, review platforms, Facebook, and Instagram. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

This section applies to your use of the Site only. Our responsibilities for work we perform are set out in your project agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floorscapes and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written project agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Floorscapes regarding the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
