Floorscapes Reviews

Then they made sure the floor was level with minimum inconvenience to my family. Installation of our new Luxury Vinyl floor was painless and done right. They went out of their way to assure we could have a normal evening when they finished for the day. When the install was complete they left the house spotless. Jim and his crew are the best , I would hire them again if ever needed. Professional job done for a fair price. Thanks Floorscapes.....Oh, and they love dogs!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We ordered flooring from Callahan’s and had it installed by Floorscapes. Jon installed it, and we cannot give enough kudos to him. He was so professional, kind, and courteous to our entire family and even our dogs! Most importantly, the work he did was exceptional. He is methodical in his craftsmanship, and no detail was overlooked. He is a true flooring artist. He installed wood flooring over the course of 4-5 days and never stopped! He has the work ethic of an 1800s farmer. He does not stop! He was clean and left everything so tidy each day. I would recommend John any day for any flooring project. He has set a high standard for remarkable work and represents Floorscapes in the utmost professional way. Whatever Jon is paid isn’t enough.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had 900 sq ft of natural character hickory flooring installed by Jon Curtis and his team. Jon was perhaps the most thorough craftsman we have ever had at our home. His attention to detail and willingness to share his professional tips with the newer members of his team was wonderful to experience in today’s world. Jon planned out a detailed approach for the demo, new wood delivery and installation that was a master class in logistics. He mentioned to each crew member to exercise the utmost in care and to think before they carried out a task. His planning allowed the laundry room to be demo’d last and also to be completed first resulting in our only having a few days without our washer and dryer. A thoughtful touch that was appreciated. Perfectionist would be a great descriptor for Jon’s work product and related ethic and the results show in the artisanship of his trade. He showed up early and cleaned up his work area beyond expectation on a daily basis and never pulled off our job to complete another. We could find no flaws in our completed project and hope Jon continues to mentor his team to grow and prosper.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've used Floorscapes multiple times in two houses with no intentions of going anywhere else. Jim is always up front and honest and the service is always worth the cost. They've always been flexible with our schedule and work around our lives to make sure the work is done efficiently with as little dissruption as possible. We recently ran into an issue with an LVP manufacturer and Floorscapes did everything in their power to ensure we, as the customer, were taken care of. There's nobody else I'd recommend for any flooring needs.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team did a great job on our flooring.
